Jade at North Hyde Park is a new multi-family site located in the center of Tampa’s urban core desirable to young professionals and students alike. The South Tampa urban infill location is minutes to Downtown Tampa, the University of Tampa, Channelside, The Riverwalk, and Armature Works.

The project will include 192 upscale apartment units with high-end finishes and resort-style amenities. The project will also have 3,100 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 895 square feet of outdoor patio space on the ground floor. Additionally, there will be a 5-story pre-cast parking structure that will accommodate 297 parking spaces.
