South Tampa Surgery Center is a premier surgery center in the heart of South Tampa. The 6200 SF is home to the practice of world-renowned Plastic Surgeon Dr. Demetri Arnaoutakis. Featuring examine rooms, surgery rooms, and pre- and post-operation areas, the project will provide a safe and beautiful space for Dr. D and his patients.

Two top Tampa doctors, Dr. Amanda Sergay and Dr. Effie Politis, will be in an additional suite in the project.
