TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track fulfilled a healthcare need for the new burgeoning Channelside/Water Street Neighborhood in Tampa’s downtown Tampa. The 3,400 SF building occupies space in the bottom of the USF Health Building at the corner of Meridian Avenue and Channelside Drive. The state-of-the-art facility offers healthcare services to the growing population in this neighborhood. This project is the 5th of it’s kind for Ellison and Fast Track.
